Project Assistant

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and ready to dive into the dynamic world of the ‘Management Education and Intervention’ in your area? We’re seeking Project Assistants (Remote) to join our team and contribute to the success of our project.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist project managers in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities.
  2. Maintain project documentation, including contracts, budgets, and schedules.
  3. Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  4. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
  5. Monitor project progress and report any issues or concerns to the project manager.
  6. Support administrative tasks related to project management, such as expense tracking and resource allocation.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree, with 2 – 3 years experience
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent spoken and written proficiency in English and Hindi
  • Previous experience in project management or administrative support is a plus.
